[The Glorious God Amaterasu™ was certainly not expecting to turn a corner and find herself in a completely different world. Or, well, to wake up from a nap and find herself someplace different, more accurately. Maybe she shouldn't have been sleeping on the job while restoring the Celestial Plain? Or she was having a weird dream. Or woke up from a dream. Either way, she didn't feel quite as powerful, the prayers and belief in her from home only barely reaching her.

But enough with the contemplation and moping! Ammy starts roaming around, burying her nose in things and taking food right off the shelves - even out of people's hands. No really, she's not a pig, she has to fill her Astral Pouch!

But she'll inevitably spend most of her day getting into trouble; eating food she shouldn't be taking, snatching something from someone in a fit of relentless curiosity, or just barking endlessly at someone. Bark bark bark.

[Of course Cilan has one--he has three, for that matter. But he takes out one pokeball for now, which he then opens to reveal a Pansage that comes out to stand at his feet now.]

This is one of my Pokemon, Pansage. Pansage, this is Amaterasu. [Pansage looks up curiously at the wolf creature, head-tilting a little before holding a paw up in greeting. Nice to meet you?]

[Well hello there! You're like a monkey, whoa. Ammy paws at Pansage playfully.]

[Yes, Pansage is like a monkey. It's known as the Grass Monkey Pokemon, in fact. Pansage doesn't mind being prodded, provided it doesn't use claws or do so too forcefully. In fact it's kind of curious wondering what Amaterasu even is, since it doesn't seem to be a Pokemon.]

As you can see, Pansage is a type of Pokemon like many of the ones that can also be found in Unova. For us, Pansage is our vintage Pokemon! [Which is a fancy way of saying that Pansage is practically his best friend. He's also got two more Pokemon, which he wouldn't mind introducing either if Ammy wanted to meet them two.]

[Well, that's neat! And what does Ammy do with animals? She feeds them! She pulls out a small sack of feed, dropping the bag of dried fish for Pansage. Monkeys always loved this stuff, right?]

[What's this? Pansage reaches out to open it, with Cilan kneeling down proper to look over it's shoulder.]

Dried fish? [Hm] As I recall, those can have quite a strong flavor to them depending on how they're dried and how much salt is added. [Because that was necessary to muse out loud on, of course. Hopefully it's safe to eat, as Pansage looks up at Ammy and gives a "Pan~?" which seems to be it asking if it can really have this.]

[Ammy just pants, tail wagging. Go on! It's there for you, not anyone else.]

[Neat! Pansage will take one of the fish out and start munching on it...which after the first bite or so it looks up to give a cheerful "Pan!", to Cilan's amusement.]

Well then, it looks like Pansage finds the fish to be in good taste! [Cilan please.]

[Cilan judges everything, it's practically his job to. (But he doesn't mean to be particularly rude about it, we promise.) Since he doesn't speak "wolf god" though, he's not entirely sure if that "ruff" was meant to be good or not.]

Hm? What is it? [Does this look like the face of a rude snob to you.]

[Hmmmmm...

Well, she guesses not. Ammy relaxes, before putting her mouth on Cilan's cuff, tugging on it. C'mon, come with her.]

...You want to go somewhere?

[Well...alright. He stands back up from his kneeling position so that he'd be able to follow her; Pansage will be following Cilan, still holding onto the dried fish. What is it that you want to show us, Ammy?]

[Surely a guy like you, who totally dug her flowers, will enjoy some of the other cool things she can show off. But first, to the forest! Really, just to right outside the ring of buildings and a little bit into the trees. You're coming, right?]

[You know, normally following strange wolves into the forest is probably a very stupid decision for most people, but considering that Cilan has Pokemon that could help defend him if he was attacked by something, he doesn't think he should have to worry too much as long as they don't stray that far away from the village. He does pause for a few seconds though once he notices that they are approaching the forest.]

...The forest? [Hmm...] It's been quite a while since we last walked over this way. [Pansage proceeds to hop onto Cilan's shoulder so it can drop the bag of fish into Cilan's hands for him--okay, fine, you can hitch a ride on us and we'll carry this for you now. ^^;;]

[Hmm... let's see... there were some powers she hasn't tested yet! And testing them now would also be a great way to show off. Because showing off is the best.]

Rrr...

[Oh, she knows! She starts with Cherry Bomb! Just out of immediate range appears suddenly, a large bomb-shaped object. It has a wick and everything! But it's wrapped in a pretty paper... and when it does explode, it lets off lovely colors like a firecracker! (As well as splintering the bark of the tree it was next to, oops.)]

[Whoa! For a second there, he was worried considering the shape--Pansage even tenses just a little on his shoulder, but once it explodes, they see that it's (harmless from where they're standing) fireworks. Pansage relaxes, as Cilan claps his hands together in approval.]

Wow, that was quite a spectacular taste~!
